This event is an informational meeting where the NYSPP program will be described and discussed.
There will be an opportunity to discuss case material that reflects NYSPP's advanced training.

    We are now accepting applications for the 2018 Fall Semester!

    The NYSPP advanced training offers a 3-year program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy that focuses on deepening our candidates' understanding of human development which has been enriched and expanded to include ego psychology and object relations within contemporary Freudian framework. The overall program offers:

    • Supervision
    • Personal Therapy
    • Consultation and referral service
    • Scholarships available for 2nd & 3rd year students
    • 45 CE credits upon completion

    Other Information:

    • Classes meet once a week
    • Applicants should have a Master Degree in a mental health program as well as a license

    Opportunity to earn 9 CE credits upon completion
    Topic: "Difficult Clients in your Practice"

    This is a perfect way for members to obtain both supervision and CEU's.

    Cost: $240 ($40 per session)

    The group will meet every first and third Tuesday of each month.
